Dont dare to buy from Bigbasket. Review on Bigbasket

I have bought online grocery in bangalore from lots of website but buying from bigbasket is night mare . I bought things and payed through paytm . Because of too long late delivery I cancelled order for that also I called customer care for that also I spent money because it was charging more compare to my other calls . Here also these guys cheating customer with high payed calls. Then I requested to cancel the order the lady replied back that order canceled amount will be credited paytm account within 5 to 6 days. After 6 days I sent mail regarding not getting refund in paytm these people said it is refunded to big basket wallet it will transfer to paytm account have to wait for 6 to 7 days . After again 7 days I sent mail not getting refund these people agin sent mail it is initiated today it will take 6 to 7 days to refelect in account . I do not know what kind of service these people providing do not ever buy from these cheating people go to shop and buy the things happily dont come to this kind of sites then after get cheated and embarrassed . If mouthshut introduce nbegative review I will give it to these peoples
