Big basket in a row for past few orders was delivering incomplete orders. When I asked them that there is a policy that besides refund of amount charged, u have a policy of paying some penalty very politely. They not only refused but blocked my account. After 3 months of reminder, they transferred my wallet to card. Its shocking how they treat regular customers. Shahrukh, Please don't be brand ambassador for a company who mistreats innocent customers.
