Not at all dependable and are very careless people.Last Thursday I ordered some products from bb there us no option one can choose for tge time of delivery though they have slots
They promised me to deliver it on Friday evening b/w 5:30 to 7:30pm. it was not delivered. next they promised to deliver sat evenkng same slot though I wanted it to be delivered in first half but had no choice but to agree. the person came at 9:00 when I had left the office. they did not even ask about my avaklability& decided to deliver on Sunday 9-11 morning.and then I had to cancel it
