I feel this review is:
On 31sy May, 2016 I purchased grocery items from Big Basket vide order no. BDO-10956912-290516 and unknowingly made payment twice. Thereafter I called their customer care many times to revert the amount in my account but Big Basket is not bothered to do the same. The quality of service too is not satisfactory. I would highly recommend others not to purchase from Big Basket and rather go to local grocer.
