PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH BIG BASKET. Review on Bigbasket

I am writing this review because I have a very terrible recent experience with big basket.I have been a big basket user since 2019 and not even once the delivery boy or the the website asked me about my address or something else and they suddenly arrive on any of the day and give me my grocery and leave and they do not inform also that they will deliver my item on this particular day.

And just because of this inconvenience two times I have not been in my home and they reached and then text me that just because I have not been in my home they blamed me and when I asked them that the customer service has sent me the date of other day and the delivery has been on other day then they didnt replied also and just refunded me.

On 26 th of april during the lockdown in india I also know that they will be running short in there stock but they should upload this thing naa on there site but when I wasted my 1 and a half hour on adding items in my cart and ordered then a message arrives in front of me that the items which you have entered are unavailable at that particular time bot some are present so I cancelled the order but after two days the delivery boy arrived and rang the bell of my house and given me my grocery so then I shown him that I have cancelled the order so he just went without saying anything which looked so unproffesional.

Then I called the customer service of bb.com then they just listned me and refunded me without saying anything again and they should apologise for this blunder made by them and this is very unproffesional.

AND I WILL NOT GOING TO USE AGAIN THIS APP BECAUSE ITS VERY CARELESS.THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING IN THIS APP ARE VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND CARELESS AND SOMETIMES ALSO THE FRUITS WHICH I ORDERED WERE VERY BAD.

SO I AM SUGGESTING EVERYBODY WHO ARE USING THE APP THAT PLZ THINK ONCE AND THEN ITS YOUR CHOICE TO BE IN A VERY PATHETIC SITUATIONN.
