This company should named BIG Frauders. instead of big basket.
Trust me guys these people are not a professional such a ridiculous service and customer help center these people have.
Whenever you call them they will confirm you to call back in next 10 mins and this 10 minutes never tick on the clock.
for me I have placed one order. the order id is BBO-12242425-010716 and registered mobile number is 9620510861, In this I ordered for 32 items. out of that delivery boy brought only 24. For the rest 8 items customer care called me after so much efforts from my end. She placed a order for me saying that it will be delivered today and you will be getting 100% refund as guarantee item availability scheme.
Thereafter when I checked my wallet nothing was added there and I kept on waiting for the order on the same day halting all the plans for that time slot. it didn't come till 1 hour then I check the message again. The fool lady placed it for next day in the given time slot.
Next day again I waited and these morons have cancelled the order on last minute and My weekend planned also got ruined because of these f*ers.
Nevertheless story doesn't end here. They placed a new order without my concert for the next day 9 to 12 30 which is my office time.
Then Delivery boy called me next day and confirm me that he will come in evening.
Suddenly I got a message at 1 Pm that products got delivered I thought security boy might have received it. When I reached at home in evening and checked with him, He said nothing has been received from his end. I argued with him since those were eatable Items he might have kept with him.
But it was different I called the customer care again and the person told me he will give me a call back after 10 mins. and as I told this 10 mins never clocks in the watch.
I put my effort and had heated argument with the guy called sumanth thereafter he arranged immediate delivery that to for 7 BBO-12351873-030716 products out of 8 BBO-12289736-020716.
For the remaining 1 they never delivered this product nor communicated to me.
when I posted the same on FB also they blocked my account.
Trust me to avoid such hilarious experience I would suggest buy from grofers or natural basket they are very professional in this
