I am the user of reliance big tv since last four years. My experience with reliance big tv is not so good as the recharges are not so cheap and the service is also not good. The channels quality is good but the number of channels broadcasted in an costly pack are not enough. The customer service is very bad they talk very rudely to customers. Once, I have to change my set top box, then it takes about a month to change it is because the costumer service is so bad that they even don't talk to anyone. There are variety of programs but the packs are very costly. I will request to all the buyers that please do not buy this product it is just a waste of time.
