Set top box seem to use an old processor as it hangs many times. Even after pressing remote buttons the popup moves very slow.
Customer care is pathetic. They closed my complain twice without sending their executive to look into matter. I had to finally shout at the customer care for 1 hour to get that resolved within 24 hours. Each time I called customer care, they asked me the problem which was so frustrating. I mean, on one side you are constantly closing the request without providing support and on top of that you need explanation each time.
Reception & picture clarity is good. As it is a reliance product, it is cheap compared to other products in same arena.
The reliance logo is not transperent like the Tata Sky logo. It is placed at wrong location, which hides many important information many a times.
Considering the hanging of popup to change channels in set top box and the customer service, I think people should opt for some other option.
