Kindly do not purchase BIG TV DTH Service . They display something on the brochure and they offer different to the Customer.
Customer Service is the worst and you have to wait at least ten minutes before being connected to the customer service executive. By that time your STD Bill will suck your balance and their toll free number never works.
Shifting of the BIG TV service from one location to another location will cost you 750 Rs/- and this is the major headache I have faced recently in Chennai . They will ask you to pay for 750 Rs/- and their technician will come and collect antenna from your home says that you will get new antenna in new place and you will keep on calling Bombay customer care for 2 months . by that time you will put around 500 Rs/- for calling customer care .
Their people are not courteous. This is a bi story which I cannot explain here. Worst Customer care and worst picture quality . My Best Suggestion is to take TATA SKY .
