VIP Always comes late. Review on Big TV

I am like every one of you who has shared a lot of frustation with Big TV Customer service. I Got it installed 4 days ago.

This has the best picture quality.Amazing sound and movies are top box. But I am really scared to call customer service for anything. I hope they will really improve.

Wait for your turn and enjoy the greatness of this picture.I do not like the logo appearing all the time.

First and formost I am thank ful to mouthshut Team and other users who regularly post here. Befor I buy anything I always ckeck the reviews here.

I was very happy to  Big Tv about 8 days before, again same proble as other members posted. every day I call toll free no and request them that today they will fix it. I am so looking forward for my installation to get complete and I will rate the rest.

have bought Big TV from last 8 days.

I got one work order no.

After that no one has approached for installation.

The customer care numbers are busy.

Whoever bought the things in

Bangalore are getting installed after One Month !!!

Why no installation. poor service. Sun direct is better from declaration to implementation point of view.

Every day I am wasting time for big TV.

The wasted time have no cost ?

Worst service . Worst service.

I called so many times to customer care they say wait for two days you will definitely get installed,

I asked please provide me the complete set of materials I can give some money to some other service providers and get installed, but they are not ready to provide complete materials (Dish Antenna)

They are not allow me to speak their TL or Manager……………..

Wat kind of service it is??????????????????
