I have been to Big Lion Multiplex for a couple of times. I had a very bad experience in this multiplex.
If we talk about the infrastructure of this multiplex, it looks quite good. It has got great parking area and sitting stands. Honestly speaking, positive vibes are felt only till the entrance of the multiplex.
When you enter the multiplex, all those vibes fade away from the first sight. If I talk about the prices of the tickets, the rates are cheap only for uncomfortable and spoiled seats.
The management have created a seperate class for couples which is -1.Club - Rs.200( For 2 person) , 2.VIP Club - Rs.300( For 2 person) . But these tickets cannot be booked on Book My Show, because these tickets are always reserved by the multiplex management. For Club and VIP Club class tickets , you have to pay extra Rs.200 for combo ( includes 1 popcorn, Coke and water bottle) which is compulsory with club class tickets which costs about Rs.400 for Club class and Rs.500 for VIP Club class.
Whether you want to have a combo or not , you have to compulsory pay for the combo if you want to get Club and VIP Club class tickets. Whether you have a fast, they won't care because you have to pay compulsorily for the combo. A big corruption from the management side .
These costly seats are half away comfortable and half away uncomfortable. Most of them are acquired by mostly college couples who do nuisance and unbareable activities. If you want to watch this movie with your family , never visit this multiplex beacause shameful activities are done by the couples.
I understand the meaning of privacy totally , that whatever stuff they do, that is their look out, but it is the moral duty of each and every citizen to maintain the decoram and ambience of the cinema hall. Certain stuff which are to be done in personal place cannot be done in public place.
Picture and sound quality is also not good because light goes off very oftenly and hooting is a big problem of the audience.
According to the management , the screen halls are equipped with air conditions , but you can rarely feel the presence of air conditioners.
Food quality is also below average. Overall , this multiplex can be defined as a multiplex for nuisance.
Do not visit this multiplex if possible.
