I ordered for Asha N 309 Mobile on 22nd January, 2013 after seeing the specifications displayed in BIG C site, but I came to know the truth that specifications no where match to actual product, I immediately wrote a mail about there mismatch and I asked to dispatch N308 Asha.
They dispatched on 27th I received on 28th but I received c2-02 which ordered by some other person in Malakpet Hyderabad, and invoice made on his name, next day morning courier person called me and there is mistake. I returned it to them.
Then I don't want to buy N308 and I immediately mailed them to change product N311 Asha, they accepted and asked me to add the money online difference. I added same day and sent the receipt to them, They acknowledged the amount receipt.
Till today(06.02.2013) they have not dispatched the product. They never respond to Emails, they never respond to phone call and they don't know how to do online business.
It's a pathetic experience.
