How long do you think it takes for a company to deliver stuff at your doorsteps, 1 day.. 2days... 3days.. I am waiting for my stuff since last 2 weeks and after continuos followup with the store, the only confirmation I get from them is that I will be served within a couple of hours.
I bought a dinig table from Big Bazaar Furniture section, Ambi mall, Gurgaon. Only the store and mall is big but it is run by a bunch of crooks who do not know what they are doing. No department has information about the other and the end sufferer is the customer who has to wait wait and wait until he gives up. The best part of it is that I got a call from the Home Delivery section last week on Thursday (10 days after booking my order) saying that the home delivery section is delivering my Dinig table set that evening and suddenly there was silence for 2 days, no one called or even dared to inform me the status of shipment, Then I called the store up and had a heated conversation with the Furniture department Manager Mr. Rahul and he assured that he will get my Dinig table delivered within 2 days. And finally one day later someone showed up, exactly 2 weeks after booking. The Home delivery section delivered the Dining Table but they were not accompanied with any fitter so the wait starts again. It has been 10 calls to different people within Big Bazaar and no one has clue as to who would be fitting the dining table up for me. Its complete chaos out there.
If anyone has read through my grievances, I would strongly recommend to use Big Bazaar only as a replacement for Sabji Mandi and kiraane ki dukaan and never ever trust on Big Bazaar for home delivery, This is my last purchase from Big Bazaar and I hope it gives food for thought to many others.
