Vagueness to the extent of Cheating.
As one enter the Big Bazaar located at West End Mall Raja garden, a picture of utter chaos, mismanagement and customer apathy comes to mind. Fake campaigns & announcement may bring the crowd but not loyal customer.
Call there toll free number and standard reply is Supervisor is busy and will back later. If you persist, an hollow promise will be provided but will not be kept. If you still persist, a lie will follow.
Recently they launched campaign with Rs. 2000 vouchers on purchase of Rs. 2000 shopping. Employees are disinterested to the limit of being offensive to customers.
However, they are hardly interested in providing those coupons. They have around 15 checkout counters but for coupons one need to stand outside on the road to collect coupon from so called Customer Care.
Big Bazaar treats customers as someone(beggars) looking for donations/free lunch.
We are paying for the stuff we buy. Retail shops are much better with no hidden agenda, better customer linkage, better rates and no need to carry loyalty cards.
