Hello Friends, Going shopping, to one of the big malls? So what do you do? Fill up your cart with products, after checking all discounts, buy one get one free, etc.after which be prepared to spend atleast 2 hours in billing. The positive side being you get all the time in the world to make calls from your mobiles, daydream, .standing in that long que.
The reason for the long wait is obvious ineffiency and lack of customer focus.Oh! thats tolerable to the Indian public.but .PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILLS.I have experienced twice.and in the process seen other customers face the same. sometimes you are charged for the free item also .buy one get one free.the other one's cost adds up. the offer board displays some discount.or some x amount but you are billed for some y amount. the Mrp on a product is say Rs.q and on their system it displays a figure more than Rs.q because may be their system has not been updated according to the newer price tag on the product. How many of us check item by item our bills before we leave the shop? the ones who check and complain are requested to proceed to the customer service desk.where there is another que.i bet a smaller one.
The first reaction of the desk representatives is as if the customer is on the wrong end. To add to it the customer service executives are in dire need of some technical training. they keep playing with their computer systems as if it were some computer game, trying to figure out the the whole puzzle.finally if the customer is lucky.he/she gets the cash back, the offer on the block.etc.JACKPOT.Now you can take your shopping bag and relive your Big Bazzar adventure in your mind.or share.or post it.
