Big Bazaar has lot of issues with Billing. I went there shopping for items in exchange of old items but they asked to shop for 10 times the exchange coupons for grocery shopping, whats the use of such exchange offer ?? anyways I had to dispose by old stuff so I reached there but I found too much chaos in every counter, too many people too less space in the store.
Also, when it comes to billing the cashier will invariable do some billing error and most people would notice it later since there are too many items in the bill and the bill comes to you after you make the payment and gone towards the exit so even if you manage to find some error they will not accept it easily and refund. Also, they sometime swipe twice/thrice from your card and claim that the extra amount will be refunded but it will not be refunded unless you make a big issue of that in front of them.
This is very poor advt of organized retail by Big Bazaar. This will surely make people think about visiting there store if they don't improve their billing and service.
