Refund still pending after 5 weeks of initiation by biba. Phone customer support does absolutely nothing...wait for 4 hours, 7hours and so on. No concrete help from here. After several phone calls and emails when I asked to transfer to a senior even that took a long while. One even said such a transfer is not possible in biba.
Even senior team member does not understand customer concern and is hung up on blaming the ewallet into which the refund was attempted but failed. Ewallet customer service consistently communicates that biba transaction was unsuccessful and they need to redo it. Biba refuses to do anything and sitting on it for last 5 weeks. Biba asked me for my bank statement which I sent within 40 minutes but they haven't been able to reply and refund even after 2 weeks. Its utterly disgusting and disappointing. Repent buying the product from biba. Don't buy from biba. In even if they offer you at unbelievable rate. They are just totally messed up. No escalation email, phone nothing. I have complained in resolver. In and voxya.
