Good that you got to read this review on the net..since we didnt have any before we landed up into this sh*t...Well to begin with this plant is goin to produce 9 M tonnes of Steel per annum and that would take at least 6-7 more years on a full fledged production basis..for the time being they employ us for anything..ranging from counting tractors of sand for civil engg.
To working in night shift since there has been a hike in theft activities !! for the GETs they compete with any other company in terms of minimum salary..they get 10k in hand and HAVE to spend 3k in mess (havin a capacity to handle not more than 60-70 ppl but they r serving 400 odd employees) plus if you arrange for ur own conveyance (these ppl do not provide any reliable conveyance..).
The town where u ll get the mininmum basic things is 25 km away and most importantly they do not have any doctor ..any dispensary in the whole plant..ya u got it rite..THEY DONT HAVE ANY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE INSIDE THE PLANT..meaning u r on ur own if you r injured while workin for bhushans...and ya 2 of our colleaues were injured due to lack of negligence..one fell from 2nd floor of Boiler..and the other had to loose his finger for the rest of his life due to lack of quick medical service.. !!
And ya..u get the salary aftr 10 days of month completion..Well..these ppl say its training period but there IS NO SUCH FACILITY as training..U r on ur own to learn thngs...ask frm ur seniors hu have very less time since they r generally busy ..
Lastly..the huge disparity in salary structure do not let a healthy relationship bw u nd ur colleagues..Engg serving this place for 1 yr gettin half as much a fresher's salary..the GMs and above have no bar on their salary..they get paid in lakhs per mon (asmuch as 4-5 lakhs per month) but yathere also not the promoted ones but the ones who have come frm another companies...Guys I tell ya the company has got its basiics wrong..coming here would add nothin to ur career but it would be a waste of time...
