After ages of scouring around or a good movie, we finally get to see Bhoot. Ram Gopal Varma sets his own trends and anyone who belongs to the intellectual- cinema- admirer club would definitely approve.
My kind advice. Watch it in the theatre. Dont go alone. And go with a person who id in no danger of going deaf with your screams. And dont sit next to an empty seat.
Vishal and Swati are a very urban sophisticated couple. And Urmila as Swati is the very hep housewife. Thir househunt in the very crowded city of Mumbai ends successfully in a comfortable duplex apartment. With a very small matter lingering in its history. Being the educated couple they are, it's soon forgotten .Only to be reminded time and time again by the mirrors, screams, child-play dolls, greyish blue children, cheeky servent maids, one nutty watchman and extremely good under eye make up.
All said and done the effects are extremely great and they make ur hair sit up till you resemble a porcupine on an electric shock. And the plot's very well carried along too. Urmila's simply brilliant. She might remind you of a mentally retarded kid now and then but noone else couldve done better. Rekha ... well , it's very believable that she's a ghost chaser. She could frighten any ghost with her looks. The xray effects really thrill you out...and the movie is very enjoyable.
Just one thing, if someone tells you that Ajay Devgan or Tanuja is the killer, dont believe them.
