I have very bad experience with this dealer.
I have booked Punto Emotion-Wine color.i have done all R & D car, it is good in all aspect but the dealer are really did not care about there product or customer.
First of all booking it takes amount, 000 and then all things started.
Then loan processioning done.At time of the down payment. he did not inform me how much amount I need to pay, at last moment he added 6, 000 extra. I did not mind it, for 8 lakh car it is ok.
Then he was not picking up my phone for 2 days and not confirming car delivery.
After complain to head office he pick up phone and confirm delivery. Then just before 1 day he told that color is not available.They give option to choose another color or another variant sport with 45000 extra.
I have just cancel booking the get the money back.
They did not care about customer feeling at all.
