I have a back and stomach ache problem and after trying all medications, it did not cure. I wanted to have a fit and healthy body and one of my friend advised me to join Bhartiya Divya Yog Kendra where she also goes. I enrolled myself there and started going there. Within a month, I could see the difference in my body where the frequent aches were now less.
The yoga by the trainers was not so difficult and could be easily done at home. I made a routine to do Yoga in morning daily at my house and now I am an active member over there. My all problems were cured by doing Yoga. The fees charged over there is very economical, affordable to anybody.
