The experience with Airtel is so bad, I don;t have words to describe it. We have 8 connections with airtel on corporate billiing and still the services they have given
is worst, our company has trusted airtel with the main purpose of good customer
care and service. There are few areas in delhi where network service is not
working properly and there customer care attitude is so bad no body gives a proper
answer of the problems. Recently we have taken a new connections and to
get it activated we faced a hell lot of problems . After 1 month it got activation, they
have deactivated without any intimation saying docs not recd.
We are talking of india's largest service provider in cellular services and with
their responses it seems they should be given lowest marks in their services.
If anyone from Airtel is reading this review then I will suggest don;'t feel proud to
be on TOP of the world, it is just a matter of few dissatisfied customers which
can bring the company down.
