The recent announcement by all gsm cellphone operators that cell to cell outgoing for more than 50kms is rs.2.99 and according to the media advertisement it would continue from 3rd midnight of january.wait a moment and dont rush your calls to friends and dears.real thing happening is this facility will take into efect only after the system upgradation and the time needed for them is another 15 to 20 days and this makes really irritating to the gsm users.why such a big announcement should be made by them before upgrading them.this makes the subscribers to think whether the std calls made will be genuine after the upgradation especially the subscribers using bharti and bpl.so friends and dearones just hold down your breath and continue your life
