I am writing this comment regarding the Airtel Employees of Srinagar Kashmir. The Employees of Airtel Srinagar Circle are performing their duties in spite of Harsh weather and violent condition, but when it comes to the Salary date there is some discrimination.
Almost all the employees are informed that their 3 month salary will be withheld by the company and 4th month salary will be released. The three month salary will be kept for security purposes. I want to know what is this rule all about and how they are designing such rules which not only hurt but is cruelty against humans. I request the Airtel authorities and the participants of MouthShut.com to take necessary steps so as to help the Airtel Emploees of Srinagr kashmir Circle.
I hope that my request and this piece of information will be highlighted and the Airtel authorities will see in this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.
