I want to write about the poor network and data service provided by the company in pune. I have a Airtel number and a data card and most of the time there are call disconnects and disturbance.
When I call customer care they say some areas have technical problems or say that change settings for Network provider.
Bill is also very high most of the time. They promised a 100 Rupee discount on bill every month but still charge the amount. Only benefit of Airtel is that if you go to Bombay you get good network. I'm fed up of the service and now switched to Idea. Very happy with their service and network.
