I am an airtel customer from last FIFTEENTH months.The problem is that from the 12th months ago my mobile balance is deducting regularly even I have not activated anything. Sometime it deduct Rs30, sometimes Rs20, sometimes Rs15 and also Rs 15 had been deducted on Dated 10th May. without providing me any information.
Since tiIl about Rs.300 had been deducted from my mobile balance. I have complained about it in the customer care, but no any steps had been taken. Is this a method to treat any customer? this is not good. So please see to this problem and take some steps. If this problem would not get solved in few days then I'll leave this sim and would start using another. And one more thing return my all money back.It is very sharmefull.
