Airtel charged aroung Rs.500/- for(VAS) Value added services without noticing to user.
For 1st complaint I got standard readymade answer,
But for 2st complaint I got Rs 120/- refund.
1st complaint lodged: DOT vide reference number DOTEL/E/2011/01824
2st complaint lodged: DOT vide reference number DARPG/E/2011/03173
