I have taken Ajeevan sampatti insurance policy on 2012. Every year when I pay the premium online I was drawn to some many issues. Payment will not be refelected on their end or it will be not relected in my online account. One of my last years premium is not reflecting in my online account. When I check with them, they stated that it is refelecting in their system.
This year I paid my premium a couple of months ago. It is reflecting in my online account but it is not in shown in their system. I am following up with the team for last 2 months but until now there is no resolution found.
Crapy system and the back end team is not helping the customers to solve the issues. Totally I am regretting of taking a policy from this company.
My advise would be, invest part of your amount for insurance with LIC and invest rest in bonds, digital gold, PPF, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana if you have girl child.
