This is one of the bullshit insurance life insurance company in India where no escalation metrics for under writing team who study proposal form and issue the policy it means they work in their own style. I purchased online Invest One policy from Bharti Axa and uploaded all require documents but lady Sowmya from under-writing team without reading complete proposal form asking every day new documents and giving excuse sorry sir I didn't study your case please send this document, I did it.
I have sent almost 7 email to them on "Onlinepolicy@bharti-axalife.com" about status of my policy but no response on this even phone customer care is almost same whenever I called to customer support got update that I am sending update to concerns team and you will get back call /update by concern team.
So, I suggest to everyone please don't go with Bharti Axa for any kind of policy and my policy quote number is "602979".
