I am also a fool joined this policy Bharati AXA elite advantage. Taken this policy feb'2020 payed 62k.They promised that the mode of payment can be changed from 2021, only in the first year the mode will be yearly, but without my consent they had taken the next 62 k from my credit card on Feb 2021 which was auto debited. Many times I wrote them before this auto debit, they simply neglected my requests.
Again I sent more than 25 mails requesting to change the mode so that avoid auto debit next year, and somebody called me and asked me sending some documents. I sent all documents they asked.
Now they are telling I have to go to any of their branch on the annual day of the policy which will be Feb'2022 and need to request for the same, means they wanted to grab again 62k third time by auto debit.
Dear friends they are uttermost fraud, and now the agent who promised me that he would make the payment mode as monthly this year onwards not at all helping rather he is telling me to approach the office in person
I request everyone that, don't fall in their trap. Keep away from this fraud company. DONT BELIEVE IN THIS FRAUD. The big Cheater in Indian Insurance Market
