I had bought an insurance policy in 2011. When I received the document it didn’t included the benefits which the Bharti-AXA-Life incurrence agent committed to me. Then I asked that agent ‘boss I have received a wrong document it does not mentioned any benefits which you had committed to me’. Then he asked me that he will forward the corrected policy document to me, therefore I wait for his reply and it took around two weeks and I could not be able to send policy back to Bharti AXA Company, therefore I will have to continue with because they said only 30% can be refund and 70% would be lapsed.


It is an Ajivan Anand(money back) Policy which means after 5 years I will be started getting some amount as dividend and some bonus on the sum assured per year and once in 5 years respectively. Next four years it work absolutely fine, now it is time to get above benefits.


When the time of submitting of investment proofs for tax declaration in the December I have tried to download policy premium certificate and I could not able to download it. I had asked customer care that I am not able to download premium certificate then they send it to me through email however I didn’t received it again. I raised a request again and I didn’t received it, again they send it to me and again I didn’t received it. It happened for 1 week I used to ask them that I didn’t received it and they used to says they have send it to me. Finally I email on service desk that I am not able to download premium certificate and not even receiving it through email then they investigated that my ECS got stopped since May 2015. I asked them how it is possible because I have never received any call, SMS or any email notification about my ECS payment got stopped since May 2015.


Finally they asked me to submit the Health Declaration form, ECS form, cross check and check of the amount which I didn’t paid for last 1 year at the nearest branch. I had asked then please ‘I used to be busy in week days can you please send any agent to receive all the documents along with the check of my pending premium’, then they said no we cannot send any agent to your house to collect the documents. I asked them you have only two Friday’s of working in a month and which is also opens for half day and it is not feasible for me. They suggested me to courier these document to the nearest regional office.


I had courier all the required document to Pune’s regional office after two days on February 2016. I have received a premium certificate for that fiscal period, I thought now issue has been fixed because I received the premium certificate. After few month I visited to Bharti AXA Life website and observed that last premium received date is showing May 2015 then I got shocked and reply on the email which I raised a request before with mentioning all the above details. After two day’s I received reply that ‘they didn’t received any premium since May 2015 hence it is showing the same date and I shall send bank statement which shows that transaction for which I have received premium certificate’. I went to bank and checked the historical statement and I could not see the transaction for which I received premium certificate.


These guys didn’t send me any notification, SMS or any follow up call for the pending premium amount, then I realized that these guys are doing such things because it is now time for me to get benefits which I supposed to receive after 5 years and they don’t want give these benefits to me, therefore they are doing such cheating.


It is really mentally and financial harassment for me. Now I don’t have Rs. 50, 000/- to pay because these guy’s irresponsibility and ignorance.


These guys are really cheating on me, hence I am sharing my experience with others so that others should not buy any Bharti AXA Life insurance and suffer like me.


Bharti AXA Life is a fraud company please don’t buy any of its product.
