Hello Friends,
I had taken motor insurance from Bharti Axa. My experience with them is average. Their customer care executive are not that trained and inspite of my intimating them that there was an error in the policy they took lot of time to rectify. I had to call them number of times to get it rectified. Finally, they did. It was very bad customer care experience I ever had. Though the claim was settled without any issue. Thank god.
