I bought a car insurance with Bharti axa before buying it they told me one IDV and I used to get 100 calls from executive who doesnt understand what is commitment and car insurance details. Always there use to be 3 levels of discussion. after I did the payment from that there is no response from the 3 levels persons and they did not issue my policy.
Till date they say that policy will be given immediate day but has been dragging on for more than 4 days now. I am not sure whether they created my polcy or not. I feel that I did a big mistake by shifting from Bajaj Allianz to Bharti axa and it sucks. I sent an email after two days of payment then I got a reply that there is some discrepancy of Anti theft device and I have to reduce 11K for 250rs premium. I told them that I am ready to pay that premium but they said iit is not possible. Finally they reduced IDV to 5.99 lacs from 6.1lacs. I got a cover note saying that I have paid the amount but no policy till date and no response from any body. DONT buy insurance from these people. THEY ARE CHEATERS AND GIVE FALSE COMMITMENT AND MOST DISGUSTING PEOPLE.
