Bharti Axa General Insurance has poor working culture and their team is not at all working. I think the team intention to make customers suffer and shutting down Bharti Axa. I purchased a renewed car insurance online & paid full premium, even after a month they are not issues a policy copy. Their poor team makes customer sufferers and I REQUEST EACH AND EVERY ONE THAT DONT BUY BHARTI AXA INSURANCE POLICY. The car which I insured I'm using everyday for going office, if something happens on road who will be responsible for that. If I ask the same question to Bharti Axa they denied to take responsibility for the same. Yes, BHARTI axa is a cheater and not at all customer friendly one.
There are good service provider on market like HDFC, ACKO etc. Always choose the best and avoid cheats like Bharti Axa.
