Personally, Its rather embarrassing for me to write a review on BharathMatrimony.com as this involves revealing some family issues which most of us are NOT comfortable to share on a public platform like mouthshut.com.
Been a member of Bharatmatrimony since 3 yrs or so NEVER I've received any kind of moral support for any of the embarrassments I've faced so far! My interaction with customer care by emails, telephones were never resolved to my satisfaction! Today, its really very frustrating to find a message on my inbox which bothered me in writing this review.
Today I received a message on my cousin sister's profile who is 31 Yrs OLD Surgeon which I look after for suitable matches!
CASE 1:
Received a message from Mr. Edmond Carter under the guise of BM ID: Sandeep(T2506931)

Contacted a PHONEY 6 months ago looking at his profile ID T2607547 who stays at Muscat, Oman. When I spoke to him he never revealed any of his personal info and ENDED the call abruptly, saying he will send me an email which read as follows:

Sorry for late reply. Thanks for the call and messages to me. Before proceeding to further, I need to mention that, I had been married for short period and split due to some medical reasons from my partner side. I was created this profile long time back and not updated nor visiting. Due to your call only I re-visited.
I have not mentioned my previous marriage information on my profile for my personal point of view. Now its your decision to discuss with me or not? Let me know your decision.

WHY THESE FOOLS WANT AN UNMARRIED GIRL DESPITE BEING DIVORCED?! Why don't these ASOLES put their profile on a DIVORCE MATRIMONY/REMARRIAGE Sites?
CAN WE BELIEVE THESE FOOLS WHO TRY TO PUSH THE BLAME ON TO THE GIRL WHO IS NOT IN THE SCENE TO REVEAL THE ACTUAL REASON?
Even TODAY(6 Months later) he has NOT UPDATED HIS MARTIAL STATUS as DIVORCED, STILL CLAIMS ON HIS PROFILE AS HE IS NEVER MARRIED! What a Cheat he is!
Besides these, I've even received some interests, from members who are very younger around 21 Yrs(Who might be using their diapers by the time my cousin finished her schooling!) and even from 60+ yrs old widowers/divorcees(Where my cousin is less than their daughters age or same as their grand daughter if they married very young!) Just imagine how it feels if you have a sister at home!
If BharathMatrimony is looking at this review, I would like to pose the following questions which REMAIN UNANSWERED:
You VERIFY MEMBER AND PESTER THEM FOR DAYS before and after we make payments! WHY DID YOU NOT VERIFY THIS PROFILE?
What happened to FILTERS? which I've SET for age, Profession, caste etc? PEOPLE from UNRELATED CASTES, Age, Religion are flooding inbox with their messages. What happened to filters?Why am I receiving these kind of messages despite having filters properly set?
WILL BHARATMATRIMONY ALLOW ANYONE TO CONTACT ANYONE WHO EVER PAYS THEM THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE?
Are you running a PAID DATING WEBSITE UNDER THE GUISE OF Matrimony?
Occasionally, I receive messages from some ignored members, whats all these nonsense!
BM seems merely enjoying the subscription fee we have paid and WITHOUT addressing issues raised by members. ARE you aware how it bothers customers who have subscribed with BM believing you and your portal? Every time I've stressed to convey these concerns to your software developer team to address errors in your filters, but you seem to put no heed to our woes!
