My mother had recently created an account on Bharatmatrimony for my sister on this site to find a good alliance. Since then, we frequently have been receiving calls from their call center asking us to pay and upgrade as a premium member. Although we have told them that we aren't interested and would like some time before we become a paid member even then they keep calling us constantly. yesterday when they called, my mom asked the executive to not call every alternate day and said that we will get in touch when we want to pay as the calls were causing inconvenience.
Rather than agreeing and politely keeping the phone down, the lady got rude and said that if we dont want to receive calls we can just deactivate the account. When my mom said that we dont want to deactivate our account. Her reply to that was then there is no other way we wont receive calls. I mean this behaviour is plain rude and she has no right to speak that way.
