Very Bad Experience useless service, not atall wor. Review on Bharatmatrimony

We Registerd with Bharat matrimony as Wedding Planners. while signing the contract we got many promises n assurance of good deal but sadly it all was fake. As per their assurance of geniuen 30 to 40 leads for a year we got useless 3 calls in 9 months which were irrelevant. And repetitively calling and complaining Bharat Matrimony. we got shameless email telling us they can't refund the amount n we can pass the equiry to needy if we are not interested in Enquiries. After that again we didn't receive any Genuine Lead atleast to forward to needy . Truly shameless, chased many numbers Mr. Shukla Pune branch the way he spoke was loaded with too much attitude then he told some miss kolha to attend the call she listened everything and after that no response didn't received the phone no reply to messages. Then received the above email from assistant Manager of Bharat matrimony Pune. Ms singh. To help Needy. " We have signed Bussiness contract with Bharat matrimony as Wedding planner to help Needy" seriously!
