I PAID Rs. 9000 7-8 months no problems with me or my pics. All of a sudden they blocked me without any complaints from any member . Excuse was that can suspect anyone anytime, suspend any 1 anytime!
I live OUT OF COUNTRY they want me to go to Court and POROVE with an AFFIDAVIT that I am SINGLE. EVEN if a guy got SEP here a divorce can be done with Mutual AGREEMENT BAD SDALY they would ONLY accept COURT APPLICATION. BUT here for Divorce you don't have to APPLY to COURT but later after AGREEMENT signed by both parties. They are not giving even any part of my MONEY some higher up REPS have BROKEN ENGLISH. SENT many e-mails as a proof that talk to my lawyer who is negotiating with Lawyer of SEP WIFE but all they need is COURT DOCUMENT > this is ridiculous that too after 7-8 months.
Why not check all those before issuing membership. They wont give me 1 day LOGIN so I could DELETE my own Profile. SO many duplicate Profiles, FAKE profiles and not even near my age group profiles all they have is younger age's profiles!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE to any NRI or locals as is a PURE RIPP OFF SITE. STAY AWAY from them. Below is COPY paste of some e-mails TEXTS [for Privacy right now IDS are not shown, but rest 100% true -
1st email part[asking my qualifications etc. which was SENT as well:-
"We have checked and found that, profile has been suspended for verification process. Hence, we request you to kindly get back to us with your Educational and occupational proof and affiliate certificate through the Email id mentioned in the profile so that we can check and do the needful."
2nd email from them[watch ENGLISH too]:-
"Thank you for contacting Bharatmatrimony.com. With reference to your email dated 18/08/2016 expressing concern over the suspension of your profile, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We regret, we ware unable to open the profile with out affidavit documentation proof."
3rd email from them after I sent them 2 email PROOFs as asked by one of a Higher Supervisor at their helpdesk:-
"This is with reference to your email dated 18/08/2016 regarding the reactivation of the profile. We regret to inform you that, we do not have an option to reactivate the profile with out supporting documents."
3rd 4th email after looking proofs as asked by them:-
"With reference to your email dated 18/08/2016 expressing concern over the suspension of your profile, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We regret that, the mail copy which you sent could not be accepted as a proof. You are requested to share us the divorce application copy(which you applied) so that we can assist you accordingly."
Hence they DO NOT CARE about negotiating LAWYERS emails BUT they insist a proof of a COURT while in this country many people get Divorce without going to Court! IN previous email they also mentioned "your photo is morphed" then ask for Qualifications, then emails proofs, then still insist a COURT ORDER or application. Nothing else is trusted by their so called professionals! So I am suspended, I am not allowed to LOGIN, NO MONEY BACK, nothing! So STAY AWAY from such site. Credit Card noted my concerns but they regretted that this company has many complaints already and they KNEW THAT YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLAIN AFTER 90 DAYS from date of PAYMENT!
If they are verifying f I am single OR married, why not right in the beginning guys think on it!
Government should BAN this site so that RIPPING OFF should STOP.
