I have a landline connection of BSNL with broadband since a long time(since 2003). Several changes I have seen in this period . The best part is the voice clearance, but worst part is the connectivity. Since when the free night offer launched the phone gone useless. One call is being connected after attempt of hundred times. Online customer care toll free number is working / connecting very nicely but the customer care representative having no prompt information of the plan.
As I am feeling service is not upto the mark due shortage of staff specially class IV employees(line man).
Now I have kept my landline in safe custody due poor service for 90 days.
In my opinion BSNL Landline is good for areas where mobile network is very poor.
