This agency is really one of the worst gas agencies in in Bangalore. Cylinder replacement takes atleast 20 to 30 days. Everyday they will just lie to you that , the cylinder is coming next day. If you ask for an extra gas cylinder, they will ask you to buy some kitchen items at MRP price.
I heard some people in my locality paying Rs 100-200 more to get a cylinder in black from this agency ( owner Harish, seems to be a big fraud )
As per Bharat Gas head quarters, there is no rule that you have to buy these items. I am planning to file complaints to Bharat Gas parent agency. I am also planning to file a RTI to get information on how many gas cylinders have been supplied and how many were distributed. You can see more complaints against Rashmi Gas Agency here:
