Yesterday I had to change the gas cylinder thus I have removed regulator and tried to fix in the new cylinder. After fixing it I tried making it on, while turning on the knob broken. We are using gas for decades, but this is the first time we experienced such thing. Even we have a regulator which is more than 15 years old, still intact.
I am 100% sure this is a substandard quality, otherwise it will not break like this. When I contacted the local agency, they said, I will have to pay penalty for this. Ridiculous, giving substandard quality items and I have to pay. Someone is compromising the quality for money. I do not know who. I have written to Bharat Gas and Bharat Petroleum, but now reply.
The very funny and irritating thing is a customer care email id has size limitation to access mails. I do not know whether they are in stone age. Stupidity
Have a look at the knob.
