Prior to enrolling there were multiple calls and aggressive follow up. Various commitment and promises were made. Some of the commitments included immediate response to concerns, refund after a minimum deduction if the course does not work out etc. Multiple contact numbers were provided for support, if any concern.
Once the money was paid the approach completely change. For the first two months classes were not conducted and teachers were not present although links were given. We had tried to contact Bahzu through mails, customer care numbers and individual numbers that were provided to us. Most time response was never there. After lot of efforts and couple of months, we were assured that classes would be thereafter conducted consistently . We were also assured that if any further issues arise or if the course did not work out for our child , we could cancel and amount refunded after a minimum deduction.
Although we would not complaint on the content of the classes, we as well the teacher felt that for various reasons, it was not providing any value addition to our child. Hence, we have been requesting to cancel and get the refund. For the last 2 months we have been trying to contact bhazu through various channels and there has been no response or feedback. It seems that they have no intention to refund and respond to us. Their functioning reflects a organization whose intentions is to cheat. It is regretful that in recent past we find organizations using education as a instrument to cheat people. Aggressive marketing with no resources and planning to execute promises has been a trend for many of these organization. We are exploring legal options to ensure that we get the refund.
