Bhaggyam constructions is doing good job of developing very decent apartment/villa community in Chennai. They are very flexible in terms accepting payments, upgrades and etc. The builder Mr. Ramasamy, is a very nice person, for him the customer is a King.
Suggestions for Improvements:
They should improve the quality of the work. They will never say "No" to any additional work/improvements but it will not get done. And also they should improve the services on fixing any issues that home owner will face in a year or two.
