*It should be a shocking news for all(particularly future customers planning to buy Ford car from Chandigarh) that 7 Ford cars have been stolen from Chandigarh in less than 3 months. All have been purchased from Bhagat Ford, Industrail Area-II, Chandigarh. In every theft there was a clever modus operandii; car engine was decoded by service mechanics, during servicing, alongwith car key duplication.
Please be beware, when your car is being serviced. Stand there near car, when you feel fishy or even have slightest suspicion.
once the car engine gets decoded, anyone can get key duplicated on roadside. That means all are high tech expert car thieves.
Meanwhile the car thieves(in the garb of mechanics) keep observing your car, they have the address etc. They even know about your key code, during the deal finalization. This you can confirm from any dealer that the executive associated with the deal has all the car key coded information(Immobilizer) on his computer.
They plan, they wait and watch and get away with it.
