MY HUSBAND HAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE online shopping in Bewakoof.com.


My husband purchased one T shirt online and paid money through internet banking in Bewakoof.com. The delivery date shown at the time of booking was 7 – 10 days.


Even after 15 day the product was not deviled to us. We tried to track the item from their website. It was updated in their website that the item was already dispatched. Then my husband called the call center executive and explained the issue.


The call center executive informed that the product was already dispatched from their warehouse from blue dart couriers service a weak before. When my husband explained him that the product was not received by him the customer care executive searched in the data base and told us to wait for few more days. After 10 day again my husband called the call center executive and informed him that the product was not delivered. The call center executive searched in the database again and gave the tracking id in blue dart courier service and told us to track the product in the blue dart courier website. We tried to track the product in the blue dart courier website using the given tracking id.


But there was no information other that the dispatched date and place. We tried again and again to locate the product in the courier website. But there was no extra information found. Again my husband called the customer care executive third time and informed again that the product was not delivered to us. The customer care executive responded in a quick manner and told us the as the product was already dispatched from their warehouse not it was not their responsibility to deliver the product as the courier services is eventually responsible to deliver the product. He again gave the tracking order and told us to track the product in the courier website. We again tried to locate the product in the website. But there was no information other than the dispatch date and place. My husband contacted the local blue dart courier service customer care people and they told that they had not received any item to be delivered to us. He got very exhausted and annoyed and called the bewakoof customer care executive and told him that he never expected this kind of worst service from the bewakoo and unsigned from their website took oath not to purchase again any product from bewakoof website. DON’T PAY MONEY BEFORE THE DELIVERY. OPT FOR COD.
