A film directed by Raja Hindustani director Dharmesh Dharshan, produced by Boney Kapoor and cast like Anil Kapoor, Akhay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor and Susmita Sen. One doesn't expect less than a biggie but it came out more than a shit. Neither the director nor the actors came upto the expectation.

STORY:

Bewafaa has a very simple story, Anjali (Kareena Kapoor) loves Raja (Akhay Kumar)

but doesn't told her parents about it. Her sister Aarti (Susmita Sen) died while giving birth to twin babies. Kareena left Akhay as her parents want her to marry Aditya (Anil Kapoor) the husband of Aarti to take care of the children.

Aditya, a tycoon, hardly has time for his sister-in-law turned wife Anjali or his two lovable daughters from Aarti. Anjali fulfils every role that one expects from a housewife, but cannot bridge the gap between Aditya and herself. She finds herself trapped in a marriage that seems more like a compromise.

Raja walks back into her life, as he arrives in New Delhi for a show. Anjali is torn between the two men - her indifferent husband and her ex-lover. By the time Aditya wakes up to reality, Anjali has embarked upon an extra-marital affair with Raja.

But there's trouble brewing. Dil [Manoj Bajpai] and his wife Pallavi [Shamita Shetty], Aditya's close friends and confidantes, get to know of the clandestine meetings. Anjali finds herself at the crossroads.

Whom will she choose?

Well lets check out the Minuses and Plusses (if any) of the movie:

MINUSES:

  1. Kareena Kapoor typical expression and acting that she had done in her last few movie were the same in this movie. Well Susmita Sen could have better perform this role.

  2. Akshay Kumar was looking really bad in his new looks.

  3. The story was too old and is repeated thousands of times.

  4. Poor dialogues, none of the dialogue make an impact expect the the one in the climax by Akhay at the airport.

  5. Manoj Bajpai was too poor on acting.

  6. Expect for one or two tracks all the tracks were really bad especially the Kabutar one shot on Manoj Bajpai and Shamita Shetty.

PLUSSES:

  1. Shamita Shetty acted well and carries her small role with style.

  2. Picturisation of Ek Bewafaa and Ek dilruba was quite good.

VERDICT:

Don't even thing of watching it as it is a complete waste of time, instead of this go watch Socha Na Tha or Black as they very well made films.
