Being afraid of usual wood carpenters, I have chosen the beth kitchen.
I am trying to narrate it as a story.
I have paid the complete money with in a date and got my delivery date for kitchen units . It has been delayed by 20 days and proper information has not been shared as well.
Company has not sent the bill for me with delivery of kitchen units.Nearly I have followed 20 days to get the bill.Even after following it, I have not got the itemized bill again which they have promised during demo.
I need to get the refund amount of 4000 for some of the unit not available, for getting the refund almost 40 days again.
During the initial days for measurement of kitchen, nearly 4 members have come to take measurement in four days.Not sure why it has been delayed again.
Still I have got one of the defective door, still it has not replaced.
Overall feed back is that
You can not expect timely delivery, proper bills, proper support and good staff from this merchant.
