Free sports bets (and Beenz). Review on Betandwin

Betandwin is an online betting site where you don’t have to use your own money, cash, mulah, wonga, readies, greenbacks etc, in otherwords it’s free! They have their own currency called Arenas$, these can be exchanged (1 for 1) for Beenz and then from Beenz into vouchers or anything else tickles your fancy (you’ll need to be a member of Beenz.com first though). So therefore - Arenas$ = Beenz = Vouchers. You can of course use your own money, but what’s the point of spending your own money when they’re giving it away for free? (Remember chaps; gambling can become an addiction).

I started using this Austrian site last summer (2000) when I found that you could earn up to 500 Arenas$ everyday by playing a sports quiz, which converted to 500 Beenz and with 3,500 you could get a £10.00 voucher. So every week I was earning a tenner for answering a few questions. For a while they stopped offering this lucrative little earner, it was something to do with cheats on the quiz, but now the quiz is back and I’m earning again – woohoo! • Navigation and loading There are 3 main areas on the betandwin site, the first being the ‘Sports bets’ page, strangely enough, this takes you to all the bets which are on offer, the different sports you’ll find do change throughout the year, but at the moment they are:- • BASKETBALL • BOXING • SOCCER • MOTORSPORT • BASEBALL • CYCLING • TENNIS • ICE HOCKEY • FORMULA 1 And a few others on the drop down list. The next area is ‘magazine information’ this section is for all the news on different sports events that are happening in the world. This is quite in depth, however, I would personally use a different site (sports.com) to find more information about individual sports and events. The next area is the ‘arena community’. This is the section where you can start earning your Arenas$. Not only do they have the sports quiz, they have a winners chat room, a weekly tombola (where everybody who has bet on any sport even if they lose will be entered to win 10 Euros), a hall of fame (a bit like our HoF), a forum where you can chat about what bets you should go for (in all different languages) and finally the buddy system which is your own little forum between friends you’ve made on this site. The pages do tend to take a while to download (especially the betting pages) but when they do load, they are very easy to read. • Odds The odds are usually written in decimal form (e.g. placing a 100 Arenas$ bet at 1.55, will earn you 1.55 Arenas$). There is no tax to pay, because you’re not betting with real ‘money’ so that’s even better! You can combine lots of results to win even more Arenas$, but as all of them have to win, I usually stick with one bet per game/match. I’m not very betting minded, so this is much easier to me than all the different and more complex bets you can wage on other sites. • How does it compare? I joined up with Labrokes.co.uk and Flutter.co.uk, but find this is by far the easiest site to bet on because of its simplicity. It uses 3 colours, easy navigation and easy to understand odds that bring me back day after day (I can’t say that about other betting sites). I’ve only had to contact the customer services once, and they were back to me within 3 or 4 hours, where as Flutter took 2 days to reply (and it was the middle of the week as well!). •

Overall Nicely laid out site, easy to understand help and information, helpful customer service reps (with very good English) and good odds, couple that with free money, this site is one to bookmark. Just don’t beat me at the quiz!
