I had made a return due to the size issue. The first return I made was successful, but the for second one, the estimated date of delivery was given as 19th and I have not received it even on 24th. I am tired of calling the customer care and mails have gone unanswered.
The professional courier tracking page shows that it arrived in Mission Road and Langford road on 18th itself. My house is mere 5 minutes from these roads. I wonder if they sent me a wrong consignment number.
Let them just tell me that they are not delivering it to me and be done with it. I will think that I have been swindled and forget the whole matter.
If you are all wondering why on earth did I shop there? Here are the reasons.
Pros of shopping with bestylish:-
Good range of products. They sell only foot wears and accessories. They have wide array of products and reasonably priced. The COD order will reach you very soon. Until now, I had thought that returns were hassle free. Not anymore.
Cons
Customer care. Very, very bad. It is better to record what they say the first time and play it again and again, when you have any query about your order. In spite of calling them many times, I heard them saying the same thing which can easily annoy a person who wants answers and not assurances. They neither call you back with information, nor do they write back to you.
