Had stayed in Best Western Plus Levana for four days in Dec 2015. Though my stay start was hampered due to an issue but From General Manager to front desk manager to house keeping were ensuring minimal impact of this issue on customers. Though the issue wasn't hotel's fault, GM provided us partial refund for inconvenience caused.
Mr. Mohit at front desk ensured our every request/query is answered to our satisfaction. The highlight came when Mr Mahendra arranged candlelight dinner at EOS( terrace restaurant) for our anniversary. Our server Anupam ensured with his great service that it becomes memorable Romantic evening.
positives of the hotel:
1) Good size rooms(stayed in club superior)
2) Great customer service
3) Good Breakfast
4) Multiple restaurants serving Indian & continental food.
5) location: few meters from main hazratganj market.
6) Staff: very courteous. I saw live example of "Customer first" attitude at this hotel
7) You'll feel at home:).
Now negatives:(these can be neglected for sure)
1) some room Windows open to hotel structure so no direct sunlight.
So if you want to experience perfect hospitality in Lucknow, just book this hotel without second thought.
